I have sent in the my application for a trademark awhile ago. I have received a letter stating they have rejected my application. I would like to dispute the reason why my application has been rejected, but the letter got destroyed. I have called & ask them to send a replacement letter MANY times. They have agreed to send a replacement letter everytime, but still nothing has showed up in the mail (over 4 months ago). I have also applied for an extension for my dispute deadline because of their mistakes.They are very unorganized!

As an independent inventor, I visited CIPO headquarters in Gatineau, QC, Canada many times. The only place allowed is the mail room on the ground floor, but the interior of the building is quite comfortable, especially when visiting by bike requiring refill of dihydrogen monoxide (H2O).
